Waterburying way, is another recently completed project for a client of ours. High Spec affordable housing,  50, 2 and 3 bed houses, in Eastbourne's affluent area of Langley, this development has served the local community well.

Westall House, in Horstead Keynes was a great project we recently completed on. phase 1 was the build and development of a new  secured unit for elderly, as our client built a 2 story secured wing in one level, and assisted living on another. 

phase 2 was the regeneration of the kitchen area, and phase 3 saw the demolition of the main part of the building to make way for a 2 story wing complex, consisting of 1 and 2 bed self contained flats, a laundry room, living room area, staff areas as well.

Harrow Lane consists of 71, high spec, affordable homes, consisting of a combination of 2,3 and 4 bed luxury homes, in Hastings. 

This is our most recently completed project, consisted of 12 x2 bed flats, and 3x1 bed flats suitable for people with disabilities. 4 stories high, and all its communal ways, we managed to complete and hand over with 100% success rate, with in budget.

We successfully tendered, won and completed this project of a large medical centre service the heart of Eastbourne, as multiple surgeries in the area joint forces. This now serves a large population to Eastbourne, and we work along side with them to maintain aspects of the building still.

This project consists of a large number of 2,3 and 4 bed homes and flats with spectacular views over Saltdean in East Sussex we tendered to and successfully completed.
