Our mission at I-shine cleaning services is simple: to provide high-quality services for our valued clients. Our team goes above and beyond to cater to each project’s specific needs.

General: By purchasing our services through this website, you are purchasing our premium packages. While we endeavour to offer a fairly-priced service, we understand that each of our clients may have different needs. If the exact contents of our packages do not meet you’re your exact requirements, please get in touch. We may be able to provide alternatives within the selected package under our ‘fair swap’ policy: for example, if your end of tenancy package doesn't need to include the fridge freezer due to it not being present, we can offer alternative services such as bulb replacement and specialist stain treatments for your carpets.

Please contact us BEFORE booking when we will confirm in writing any agreed variations to the package being purchased. Our ‘Fair Swap’ policy is within our sole discretion and conditional upon our specific agreement. Variations after booking without consulting us cannot be guaranteed.

All our packages include a report detailing the work we have carried out and any issues that have arisen during cleaning, such as irremovable stains, damage, unforeseen issues that arose during cleaning, additional work carried out,etc.

Upon our initial visit, we will thoroughly inspect for any damages to surfaces, and report these before commencing any cleaning. These will be reported to you verbally and in writing before we agree to work.

Carpet cleaning : This includes the selected number of rooms based on the size of the property you selected from our premium package. Each carpet will be treated using a pre spray treatment for general build up of traffic, and to execute a shampoo treatment of the carpets, with our wand cleaning extraction system.

We aim to clean your carpets to the best condition possible in the circumstances but you accept that we give no guarantees as to the ultimate finish/level of cleanliness achievable. We will use care and skill to restore some life into them but we cannot guarantee that the level of cleanliness you require will be achievable within the package you have selected, or at all. Specialist stain treatments are typically not included in our packages, but can be used (to be agreed and costed beforehand) if the cause of the stains and marks is known. You accept that in the case of older or poorer quality carpets, the cleaning process may in fact cause the deterioration of certain areas of a carpet. I-shine accepts no responsibility for such situations and cannot repair broken and damaged fibres. Please understand some damage to carpets may be irreversible even when cleaned and treated.

End Of Tenancy Cleaning: We will :

Clean all fixed appliances.

De-grease all kitchen areas, and de-scale all areas exposed to water such as taps, basins and bathrooms.

Dust and remove cobwebs throughout each property, polishing throughout, and cleaning any marks to skirting boards, doors and window frames.

Clean each window internally, include the channels in the frame, oiling up hinges should they be slowly seizing; and externally, where not restricted by height or neighbouring properties.

Hoover, throughout, scrub dry all hard floor areas, giving a deeper, more thorough clean.

Shampoo your carpets and treat for general traffic build up (no specialist treatments).

Black mould in silicone will be removed and replaced with fresh silicone in the colour to match your current one where possible.

We will provide you with a detailed property report at the end of each clean, stating what areas have damage over cleanliness issues, coupled with photos, as well as an invoice for the works carried out.

I-shine provides premium cleaning services which go above and beyond day-to-day cleaning services as part of that package. We do operate a ‘fair swap’ policy if you require something which is not included in our package, which we can potentially exchange for an aspect of our service that is listed (Excluding walls and painting and decorating). Please email us with your requirements BEFORE booking, since a ‘fair swap’ is within our sole discretion and upon specific agreement with us.

Please note, we DO NOT offer reduced pricing for:

Properties you deem not requiring the level of cleaning offered with this package.
The fact a surface has only light dust, since all surfaces will be cleaned, with the same amount of labour and materials involved.
Properties not containing appliances, as these areas will just require a different level of attention to be given to that area.

I-shine will hold no liability or responsibility for any damage caused to fixtures and fittings at any property should they be installed incorrectly or for any other reason beyond our control. (eg-should an extractor fan fall from the ceiling when cleaning because it is not installed with correct fixtures). However where possible we will endeavour to try to rectify any issues.

I-shine operates a policy to try to restore a surface instead of just cleaning it, so we will endeavour to restore your property to the best condition possible.

PLEASE NOTE, IF, UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY, WE DEEM THAT THE PACKAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE PROPERTY, EG: HOARDERS, INDEQUTE ACCESS, ETC., WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND REFUND YOUR PAYMENT LESS A FEE REPRESENTING THE TIME SPENT IN ATTENDING THE PROPERTY. WE WILL AIM TO LIAISE WITH YOU DIRECTLY AS SOON AS WE DISCOVER ANY ISSUES, SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO BE CONTACTED IF YOU WILL NOT BE AT THE PROPERTY. IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE ASK US FOR A TAILORED PACKAGE QUOTATION FIRST.

I-SHINE WILL NOT MOVE FURNISHINGS OF ANY SORT, AND WE ARE SPECIFICALLY SELLING UNFURNISHED PROPERTY CLEANING ONLY.

Should your property have a small office, please count this as a separate bedroom for simplicity of understanding what package to choose.
